The Dead Or Alive Tournament Executive Committee are the contributor's to the Dead or Alive Tournaments that part take through out the Dead Or Alive Saga.

[edit] The Chairman

During the first Dead or Alive, Fame Douglas is the chairman of the organisation though just after the end of the first tournament he died. Since then Helena has become the chairman of the organisation as she is the only blood relative left of Fame Douglas. Helena however did original state that she wanted no part to do with the organisation.

[edit] DOATEC Experiments

The organisation have been secretly conducting experiments on the fighters in attempt to be able to build the ultimate fighters. There main focus out of all the fighters have been Hayate and Kasumi.
